I'm fine. And you? The key fact here is: the current AS is just 4.85B shares which does not allow the so-called PS-E to convert! On 09/30/2013 only 773,319,803 shares were available for issuance and now perhaps no any share left to issue if PS-E was really convertible since 09/30/2013! So forget about the PS-E and currently only the weak hands are still selling the shares at the lowest possible price 0.0001! We should see the most recent high 0.0006 again soon...
