If there is lack of funds, it could slow things a bit. And by borrowing money at this low rate could bring damage to seasoned investors by dilution. However, the company continues throwing coal in the burner for a fast-track product as lab techs are not wasting time against their own value of 50 cents. The news we are waiting for could come real soon as summer comes to a close; but, let's not be too hasty on that.
