That would be a cool plan if CWRN wasn't a non trading shell without a business license and in default with NVSOS. As a matter of fact CWRN has no assets or business period. The last PR stated PanAm Mexico was the only business asset CWRN owned and since it was 2 million in debt all the stock in PanAm Mexico was transferred to KMG, a private company. Seems Cotton at the time he made the deal with GEO, he had only 43,000 shares of CWRN left according to his deposition and had to use his daughters stock cert for that transaction.
