GA, you're wrong . . . i have a website served by cPanel, and the format is the same . . . you need to understand levels of hierarchy for site hosting . . . everything before /public_html is SYSTEM FILES . . . the aussies DO NOT have access . . . it's server settings, stats, etc. . . . as a webmaster, our access level STARTS with public_html, it's the top USER level . . . public_html lands you on the home page of the site, the issue is on the home page, caused by the user . . . trust me on this one . . .
