Eh, who needs to know how much of the recent stock dilution was due to the Nations transaction? Why would shareholders want to know the valuation of the paper oil company transaction? It's not as if they haven't filed anything since 28-Feb. Oh wait... the Chinese Masters haven't filed anything since 28-Feb! Oh my. Maybe it doesn't matter if they don't file another 6 months? After all a slew of fluffy nonsense PRs at the end of Sep should suffice.

You're correct, a brand new ticker marked with a Stop or Yield Sign by the OTC is much more important than the Chinese Masters filing with the OTC on time - after a 6 month wait. LOL Bring on those fluffy PRs!
