viking, I think your revenue estimate for 4th qtr 2014 is way too low -

not sure I follow you. After the merge there is only one company, ANY, selling products or services, regardless whether the products or services were originally from OVRL or not. So when I say Q4 rev is 20m, it means they sell 20m of products of the combined company. There is no more OVRL products after the merge

For the recently completed June qtr OVRL announced that it expects to exceed $24 million in revenue -

Add that to Spiffy's $1.75 million for the June qtr and you have ~$26 million.

I'm looking for $30-35 million in revenue for the combined companies for the 4th qtr of 2014 and at least $50 million for the 4th qtr of 2015.

I hope I'm right!
