My general perception is that there is progress and improvement within the company, especially since the Schlumberger arbitration was concluded. All risk factors and doubt about the company are already built into this really, really low stock price.

This is a good, legitimate business with ever increasing demand for its services and you either like the risk vs. reward or you don't.
