The registrant will report a net loss of approximately $626,997 for the year ended May 31, 2014 as compared to the net loss of $1,752,791 for the year ended May 31, 2013. The financial results may change subject to the auditor's report.


Hope it doesn't change, or it changes for the better. That is a significant difference.
