I do realize this dutchess deal
Is a type of loan. But for them to give a $25 million dollar loan... They must see value especially given that most of their "investments" are usually under $10-$15 million. As a lender you weigh the risks of initiating such a loan. Dutchess must feel very strongly they will make money on this.
