My best guess right now is bray Kane Dabney and cohorts are going to abandon endo and transfer any product ,product knowledge to their new companies...imcl and cbca....they are both making noises about drugs and novel therapies...Kane and Dabney created endo to defraud investors using the old product routine...and like Cbis they never had or developed a product ,I doubt they even tried,,,lol...endo was not as good a scam as Cbis was at milking money out of investors,I believe Kane sold @ a hundred and fifty million shares on his big run of false news releases regarding all he partnerships,lol. And soon press releases...I assume they used that cash to get those other shells to begin the process over again...lol...the assholes actually said they were encoureged and look to begin cannabis based drug development in a recent cbca press release...remember how bray Kane and Johnson all out out their own press releases last year...lol,as if that would add legitimacy to the false and misleading news they tried to use to sell stock,,,Harvard man did the Arizona clinic and promised weekly updates press release...a little volume in that but people know what Dabney and Kane are now and lipstick on a pig is not going to work anymore...I'm very interested in where they try to go from here...since they don't even have a lab and all the money is gone in salaries and bonuses and they now have a history and I'm sure years of legal battles ahead of them for their past actions.....the only way out is to actually do what they promised investors and I seriously doubt they have the talent or will to do anything other than write press releases to dump shares on unsuspecting people
