Why is REVO proposing to issue more shares, stockmrktguru?

This announcement is in the 10-Q:

Offering to Raise Capital Funding
Management of the Company has elected to do a secondary public or private offering to raise additional funding for the Company, for working capital, for its growth and expansion and retirement of equity. The prospectus or offering memorandum will be prepared by the Company’s legal counsel and accountants, and issued to accredited investors in accordance with SEC and any other Federal, state regulatory, rules and guidelines. The approval of the public or private offering is subject to the final approval of the Board of Directors of the Company.

IF they are sitting on a cash flow from royalties, won by the big law firm representing their big licensee why do Carter and Ali need to raise capital at this time?

Remember, all of the development and legal costs are, supposedly, being covered by the big licensee, who is 'working aggressively to commercialize and sub-license the patents' at their own expense.

Remember, they are supposed to have a $10m line of credit for capital investments 'to aggressively grow and expand Greenwood and Revolutionary Concepts'

And why do they need more capital at this time, if they are sitting back and waiting for another multi-million dollar buy-out offer from the 'big boys'?

Issuing more shares and raising more capital at this time just doesn't make sense.

UNLESS, Ron Carter and Solomon Ali need to raise money to continue with their little scheme, because: the licensee doesn't have the resources to make any payments; the lawyers are not pursuing royalties; and there are no big boys wanting to buy-out the company.
