You are going to look real stupid when approval is announced and this gets a life changing jump in price. The fact you are comparing this to the last 20 years shows your lack of ignorance. Did you not hear cumo speech at bethel woods? A casino in sullivan county is a sure thing. Did you not hear Mohegan sun CEO....say how sullivan needs to get approved for two casinos if they are to build because empire resorts is already a given. But then again I guess you don't do any research....
