Depends on when they were sold.

The restricted shares were sold from November through March, and if the buyer wasn't an affiliate of CANV, they have to hold them for six months.

I think that about 6M shares were sold to non-affiliates in 1Q/14, so a good portion of those are eligible to have been reclassified.

By the end of Sept, all shares that were sold to non-affiliates in the first quarter will be eligible. The questions are: How many of the accredited investors will ask for the restricted status to be removed, and how many of those will be sold.

If we have a quiet September, then that means that they're holding.

BTW, when CANV rose in Sept, 2013 from $20 to $38.50, there were probably only 20K - 30K free trading shares, and the number of shares traded over the six days was 2500 shares.

On Sept 4, 2013, it went from $20 to $26 on 250 shares
Sept 5, from $26 to $30 on 200 shares
Sept 6, unchanged on 1000 shares
Sept 9, $31.99 on 100 shares
Sept 10, $38.50 on 950 shares

I don't recall any specific news at the time.
