Actually it does. Any authorized shares should be visible at NV SOS. By your own admission, they are not.

Of course I saw that. The 1B common didn't come from a conversion of the preferred....there seems to be no evidence that there ever was such a conversion.

When did you "saw" it? I don't recall you ever saying as much.
