Start:
Shares = 1,000,000
PPS = .0001
Market Value = $100.00

R/S = say, 100:1

Shares / RS = 10,000 shares
PPS * R/S = .01
Market Value (Shares * PPS) = $100.00

Typical Post-RS PPS Dilution Happens.
Say PPS Tanks from .01 to .001

Shares Post-RS = 10,000 shares
PPS Tanked = .001
Market Value (Post-RS Shares * Tanked-PPS) = $10.00

PPS Tanks from .001 to .0001

Shares Post-RS = 10,000 shares
PPS Tanked = .0001
Market Value (Post-RS Shares * Tanked-PPS) = $1.00

So as you can see, Pinks can always Go Further South!
