I knew this was coming, but I never seen an official Press release from IDCC saying officially when:

I have heard from posters on this Board that it would be strategically the right thing to do for Tax Purposes and Litigation strategy.

Note:
I have noticed that a lot of credit card companies and Department store Headquarters are located there..Hmm
