Keber was preparing to sue MJNA for screwing up the Red Dice deal when he was arrested for marijuana possession in May, 2013.
Meanwhile, MJNA had lost its CEO, Llamas, because he was under federal indictment for real-estate fraud.
There's quite a difference there.
As to everyone being greedy, that's a given, but it's been the folks at MJNA who don't perform per the agreements and contracts, not the other way around.
There was a very small window in time when the relationship with MJNA could have helped Dixie, which was when Red Dice was formed, and Dixie could use the money. That time is now well past, to Dixie's benefit, because while it's a private company, and we can't see its financials, its revenues and profits probably now greatly exceed those of MJNA.
As to CannaVest, it has its own problems, but losing MJNA isn't one of them.
