One public company consulting on building facilities, legal issues. That is ok.

The other - Emerald - growing and selling Marijuana. That is against the law, just one of the laws they are ignoring.

It's really not an argument, it's very plain and clear.

Might they get away with it? Maybe, possible they will go to court and win.

Not likely though, and before they go to court everything would be confiscated, and all of the plants ripped out of the ground.

Anyone want to be holding QEDN when that happens?
