Their whole filing is questionable. They have 441 million shares unaccounted for - listed as issued in 2013, not in the O/S count reported.

They gave back the building they were carrying on the books as their only asset.

They undid their acquisition of SS Clinics.

And one of their major owners plead guilty to misdemeanor assault charges in a plea bargain of felony charges including kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon and assault by strangulation.

So no assets, no business, no revenue, no clear equity structure, questionable character and a terrible history of pump and dump. What can go wrong?
