When Aaron controls 35B votes, a "hostile takeover bid" isn't possible and just makes claims of a "hostile takeover" just look like what it is, nonsense and useless promoting of something that isn't possible because of the preferred shares that Aaron holds.

Like Aaron's claim that Sal is the controlling shareholder, it just plain isn't true, Aaron is and has been the controlling shareholder with his 35B votes, he can't be out voted, period.
