This is only Moore's bankruptcy plan PROPOSAL not anything that is definite yet. Still I like his angle (in the proposal) that him being in charge of the licensing removes the "non practicing entity" (patent troll) stigma which juries may well have absorbed from all the big media stories on that topic (and Obama himself ranting about the issue). Right or wrong (wrong) we get lumped in with the patent extortion nuisance value racket companies out there. Since Moore practices the patent at Greenarrays it might give some potential MMP targets pause when considering to go for it and hope to get the right jury.
