Currently Regen BioPharma is progressing in its IND enabling experiments for dCellVax, with anticipation of filing an IND in August 2014.

They anticipated filling in August, they could still have done so. In addition, they anticipated it, never said it was an absolute thing. They may wait for a reply until they put out a PR or wait until the time is more correct with Regen receiving a ticker.

It's easy to find faults or points for both sides of any argument.

Koos has a master plan, we've still received no negative indications for BMSN or Regen. Delays have been the fault of the FDA requesting more questions.
