Perhaps they allow the filings to go delinquent so they can try to create some excitement when it might be needed with PR to announce they are back to complying with OTC's minimum requirement.
But I suspect we will see Limited Info or No Info at some point in the future... It's not like this is first time they "came back" to Current.
