I don't understand how this is frivolous. They have a lien and now have filed a complaint to collect the equipment.

Could you please explain why this is frivolous? If the lien is legitimate - and it seems Peter Brennan feels it is as he excluded the equipment from his own lien - what makes it frivolous?
