What I don't understand from ILIV perspective is why can't management just say we thought mind360 was a good idea at the time but it's not working for us. We decided to move in a different direction?

Josh, Victoria, Paul or Mark??? Can anyone answer that? Am I missing something legally?

Is it because investors jumped in with hopes and dreams built by ILIV press releases to buy into a stock that was going to compete against lumosity but never even tried??
