"The Company is currently insolvent and the new Board of Directors and the new senior management of the Company have been appointed to attempt to restructure the Company."

Obviously the situation is currently that of a private corporation getting its house in order.

Living, Please note the word "appointed" in describing the Aussies current job description.

Sigh, one more time- they were "appointed" by the Majority Shareholders to be The Face of the company and run day-to-day operations for them.
