What attracted me to LTNC was Ryan's drive and energy, his knowledge of the blue collar end of the temp staffing business, and that the temp staffing business is on fire and likely to remain so.

There has been a lot of criticism on this board about his competence, and his judgment, some of it justified, but bottom line he has built a business out of nothing, and the critics ignore how difficult and rare that achievement is.

As for the yellow flags, I think Ryan is aware how important it is to not raise any more of them, and that he will succeed in building LTNC into a successful company. How long that will take, and how to play the stock along the way remains to be seen.
