And how do you know that exactly?

Actually, it doesn't sound like a lawsuit:

"GEOMC Co., LTD. announced today that it filed a Complaint in the United States District Court, District of Connecticut to take possession of the inventory of the Scrambler Therapy Device held by Competitive Technologies, Inc. ("CTTC" or "CTI")."

It sounds like they filed to exercise the lien that was already filed on the inventory. Doesn't sound all that "frivolous" to me.
