I don't think uplisting euphoria is propping the price up. They haven't filed an amended S1 yet, so I doubt that an uplisting occurs before Q1/Q2'15 as it usually takes the SEC multiple months to get approval.

Hopefully, that is an added bonus when it occurs. I'm guessing on this pop being based on investor's road tour they had previously (sparking interest) and the annual shareholders meeting (more info on growth trajectory - i.e. new products & opportunity & margins).

To me the SEC issue being resolved is just icing on cake...but who knows when that happens.
