Absolutely a problem to determine the assets value for $ACTCD. That would be up to Ted Myles to put a value for discussion with the NASDAQ.

The NASDAQ evaluation listing committee will NOT put a value so it is up to $ACTC to do so.

On the other hand if a Major Pharma were to make a bid for $ACTC would anything less than $1 bil be a fair value. IMO absolutely not.

For NASDAQ listing then $ACTCD needs to put together a "Shareholder Equity Value" package for the NASDAQ committee.
