Also I spoke to IR a few minutes ago...Zach said the a/s is for intended for acquisitions which would be on restricted basis and not part of the os or float...meaning any deals or acquisitions shares would have at least a 1 year restricted period...and lets face it....no trader on Ihub is going to be around a year.. Also was confirmed there is No convertible debt or Dilution going on atm....TA is ungagged....Also remember on about 40 M shares on initial pr end of July on Finra news....SWHI hit almost .005....so no question this could do a VIIC.
