The EB-5 foreign investors were not foolish enough to invest in a property with no proven or probable reserves, and despite what Perry thought would happen they did not bite the bait of historical reports and illusions of grandeur. That is also a fact.

Could you provide a link to indicate the foreign investors' "foolishness"...

I wasn't aware that living human beings could read into the minds of others because this is what you are alluding to: "speaking for others"

Hmmm, can't seem to find anything about "bite the bait" also.

Does FINRA inversely mention something about this?
