I think that until Frasier hires an investor relations guy, we aren't going to see things laid out the way a normal company would. You and I would like to see quarterly reports, traffic numbers, contract info and plans for the future. I'm not sure Frasier understand why those are important. Brilliant coder and brilliant at monetizing the web -- from all reports. But has never grasped why people invest in stocks or what drives the price of a stock.

As for the SEC, I don't know when they do and do not report that they have given companies the all clear. In other words, should we ever expect to get some communication from the SEC stating that the Denver investigation is closed? Or do they just let them lapse? Perhaps someone with more SEC experience could answer that.
