Does anyone think this news is negatively affecting IDCC stock price? This is not good news for patent holders. IMO
Another Federal Judge going soft on infringement. It seems this Judge is justifying not imposing injunction because it hasn't harmed Apples ability to continue innovating. So what if another company infringes previous innovations. LOL Where is the rule of law and the morality of those involved in the legal system. We better hope for a massive wave of settlements soon. IMO
