SH has a big interest in keeping the facility up and running. So, I'm not surprised with their investment there. But, if financials does not come to an end, won't be able to finance outside and then SH will buy the facility and let small investors with nothing.

So, there is a hurry to have financials done, even if it's just to show they work for small investors too.
