So this stock has turned a corner......


Congratulations on an audited annual. I am genuinely surprised at this late date.... but it is impressive to see a pink with no revenues go to the trouble. Moreover..... it appears that you will get you AGM in the near future.

The submittal is a must read for real shareholders..... I have always thought it was interesting......that Vic has been telling you all what will happen..... but the conversations on the message boards never engaged real stuff......


Anyhoots...it is all there for you to see for yourselves.

In August 2014, the Company board of directors approved an increase in authorized common shares to 3,000,000,000 shares subject to stockholder approval.

I will move on now.... I pass the torch to one of you who will emerge from the ashes with a sense of responsibility.....
