I'm trying to pin down exactly what group, if any... that "hyperspectral microscope" falls in that you mentioned would be required to show the "real-time live cellular changes" taking place prior/during/post any form of PS Targeting drug being given:



Bio, I'm just saying, if you want real-time live cell specific synopsis, then it's common knowledge to use hyperspectral fluorescence microscopy imaging.

Hyperspectral microscope is to broad a term, and thus I've given you a more relevant, specific answer..
