This is what I think happened in the situation room with Jeremy and the investors:

"okay guys it's crunch time I came up with an idea so we do not lose everything. We went into a downward spiral and it is almost impossible to get out of but I think I have an idea that could work. We need to raise more money because we have not brought in any revenue thus far. So I need you guys to convert your notes to $.68 a share to show value, Based on your initial investment. If you convert I can show value and no debt, and raise more money so we can move forward again. Folks I have the patent from the one and only NASA that is the invention of the year. Who's with me?
