Actually we have been and still are using the Remote Dynamics trademark and logo as you can see on Monarch Bays website in order to sell the shell which is in acquisition advisory status. A trademark is not a book asset and that is why it is never on the filings as such, therefore it was illegally sold and acquired as an asset to Telogis and legitimately filed with the USPTO which if it ever went to a court it would become null and void IMHO.
