I agree this one can make a big move if company becomes active again with filings and/or news. Reminds me of INC* which ran from .0001-.02+ so far and has twice the float. At .0001 not much risk buying a milly or 2 for a couple hundy for lotto imo. Only thing I dont like is they've done a couple RSes in the past but its been awhile.
