That is what the former Controller suspects...$1.8 million of unexplained off shore transfers initiated and controlled by Peter personally. The former Controller, after reviewing the bank accounts and after repeated requests for back-up to Peter by the Controller. Peter would provide no explanation and avoided any explanation. This a public company. Why would the CEO and 100% voting stock owner transfer funds offshore to an unidentified account. It is very suspicious.
