I'm still here with all of my 1 mil. Shares. I check in every day to see what's happening. I am in for the long haul and excited about all of the possibilities.
I have placed lots of orders in the past few years and have never been disappointed. Usually there is a little something extra delivered with my order. (Small individually wrapped assorted chocolates and hard candies) Its not much but I feel its their way of saying they appreciate my order.
As a small business owner myself, I understand you are never going to make everyone happy. You have to do what makes the best sense for the business. Take the criticism with a grain of salt and keep your head above water. In the end....nobody knows your business as well as you do.
