Lowenstein you cannot say CTSO is doing a bad job. I am mainly a bearish poster in order to counter the overly bullish posts on this board and on yahoo finance.

CTSO has done so far MUCH more than you would have thought they could accomplish when you had conversations with me in 2011-2012. The main issue is still no clinical data showing mortality and days in ICU is reduced with Cytosorb and dilution. Sales are growing at a considerable pace QoQ and if the trajectory continues for 1-2 years at 20% per quarter the stock will move up. However, that is the big question - can they grow sales at 20% QoQ? That would mean in roughly 2-3 quarters they are doing $1M in sales a quarter.

Al Knaus selling his stock at age 70 is a HUGE WARNING SIGN. That is part of the reason I started to wind down my trading position. At 70 years old you save some of this stuff for retirement - you don't dump into the open market - even if your a lot in the money.
