He said that it doesn't really matter how long it takes as they need to get something cleared up from the previous owner before they can release their news (he was advised by his legal council). He said progress has been made on the issue (I think it involves a certain brokerage but don't know for sure). It will be worth the wait. I think it will happen here soon.
