The bottom line is, this is typical dilutive financing similiar in MO to the last Cayman group and the one before that a few years ago that drove it down to a nickel.

And I could care less about any credence you think you may have to give.

460 MILLION SHARES AND COUNTING and very little revenue to show for it! Maybe after this round of toxic financing is done they do a reverse split and finally put the bag holders out of their misery.
