I agree with you benosufan, I'm going to speculate why we don't have an IR firm yet.
I do believe Mr.McHenry has had some business challenges getting partners on board and if that wasn't enough of a obstical he also had some internal fighting that had slowed down his original business plan getting to market.

The market is blossoming with out us as it seems , it seems this way because we don't get enough info and left to speculate the gaps. But getting to market with changing business plans may have been the top challenge for Mr.McHenry.

A IR firm would allow him to grow the company and i do believe that is part of the business plan.......it would be a smart business move for most.

I also believe that he has handled and put to bed the obsticals in his way and is moving in the right direction.
As far as investors getting tid bits by way of text & phone calls I think it's really Kool that that person is sharing that with us, folks don't have to like it but it's info that we get to indulge in that we wouldn't have other wise.

During all this Mr.McHenry still managed to report revenue.
