Since they have let us continue to do business, investors to invest one can assume they do not fine AEGY to be a scam and a fraud or otherwise there actions would have been to stop operations--- clearly they have not



A common refrain from stuckholders.

The SEC has no power to do that. But there are no operations to shut down, as AEGY discloses in their SEC filings they have no operations.
