What gives BONU, 5,481,790,172 Shares issued outstanding and coming with a 1000 to 1 R/S and a post split of 5,481,790

That is not really enough to make an efficient market, do you think they are wanting to issue more shares to finance the company or take the company privet or is this company just a shell company ? What Gives?
