Andy Hill, (Oaks) is small potatoes, but has his name simmered to the top of this UC\CMKX litigation?
An earlier thread talked about the notion whether UC was in deed dead. "IF" UC is in fact dead there's a death certificate!
In another scam Andy Hill was involved with (NMCX) an Arizona mining scam. The CEO went to trial, convicted, paid several Million and disappeared Michael Furlong's family claimed he in fact died, but no death cert was EVER produced! Humm!
