8-25-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni Article: "Central action keeps the money of depositors and shareholders" It's a very good article...and what I see in it is he [Economic expert Fares al-Rubaie] is saying the CBI has liberalized the foreign exchange (IMF requirement) kept the dinar stable and done so keeping a lid on money laundering, etc. He also states the CBI remains independent and finally the good part...that the CBI should now implement policies to help the banking sector during the next phase (development role) which clearly implies IMF Article VIII.
